The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of Business, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
a) With purchase of goods declared in the online store
The purchase contract is concluded with Anja Bauer.
The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can put our products into your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order.
The contract is concluded, depending on the chosen payment method, at the moment when the complete payment process has been completed.
b) For individual orders
The order placed by the buyer via the Internet, in writing, by telephone or verbally is a binding offer.
For Internet orders, the prices listed on the day of the order apply. In addition, the buyer bears the costs of packaging and postage. They depend on the size and weight and quantity of the ordered products. Within the EU, the packaging and postage costs amount to 7,-€ - 16. For deliveries to the rest of the world, they are between 19,-€-80,-€. For possible price errors or misprints I do not take any liability.
If an order is triggered by you, I will contact you at short notice and inform you of the expected delivery date. If the product is in stock, the article will be shipped within 3-5 days. The delivery time depends of course on where the item is to be shipped to. I have no influence on the speed of the shipping service provider.
If individual articles are made, delivery times of 3-5 weeks may occur.

The parcels are sent with DHL and DPD or the Austrian Post.
You can track our shipments with a tracking number and thus always have an overview of the status of your order.
Important note: Please make sure that your parcel does not show any visible transport damages or other defects when you receive it. If this is the case, please report it directly to your parcel delivery company.
If you wish an express delivery, please contact me, then of course the shipping costs will increase accordingly, individually depending on the quantity of items.
Since my ceramic goods are handmade and unique, it can happen that the item is no longer in stock. You will find the unique identification in the respective article detail view. You are welcome to write me via the contact form if you want me to inform you when a certain article is back in stock.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the number of ordered parts and of course to which region of the world the item should be shipped. The costs can be found in the cost calculation within the store. You will be informed before the order process is completed.
If you are in a hurry: Please send me a message if you want an express delivery. The shipping costs will then increase of course. I will gladly inform you about the exact estimated shipping price.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may be incurred. You will find more detailed information about possible shipping costs in the offers.
In our store you can choose between the following payment methods:
Within the payment service PayPal you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you have to be registered there to be able to pay the invoice amount or you have to register first and legitimize with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Within the payment service Stripe you will be redirected to its page. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at Stripe's request and your card will be charged. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Instant bank transfer
In the context of the instant bank transfer, you will be redirected to the page payment provider Mollie. After entering your account data, the transaction will be executed immediately afterwards and your account will be debited. You will receive further instructions during the order or payment process.
Consumers are entitled to the legal right of revocation as described in the revocation instruction. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of revocation.
The goods remain the property of Anja Bauer until full payment has been received.
For entrepreneurs the following applies additionally: We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale - irrespective of any combination or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
The following applies to consumers: If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the forwarding agent, the carrier or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment. Among merchants, the obligation to examine and give notice of defects as regulated in § 377 HGB (German Commercial Code) applies. If you omit the notification regulated there, the goods shall be deemed to have been approved, unless it is a defect that was not recognizable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
The product photos can lead to a changed color rendering due to the way they are taken, so that the product may look slightly different in nature. Such a slightly changed appearance does not constitute a defect in terms of the warranty for defects. An exchange or return of the product may then only take place as a gesture of goodwill.
The complained article must be sent in together with a copy of the invoice, sufficiently stamped. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer changes the delivered goods.
Life- Anja Moosdorf has the right of free rectification of defects during the warranty period. A partial or complete exchange of the article is allowed.
Unused goods can be returned within 14 days. The return period is granted by sending the goods in due time (invoice date). For the return, the goods must be packed just as unbreakable as those sent by me. Furthermore, the return shipment must be sufficiently stamped.
Custom-made products and reduced-price goods are excluded from exchange.
